Electronic Artwork:

• Artwork may be sent on disk or emailed when saved in TIFF (at 600 dpi) or EPS format. Only IBM-PC compatible files are accepted. If modifications are required, they will be billed at $32.50 per hour (half-hour minimum). Please keep in mind that the quality of artwork you provide determines the quality of your imprinted pens!

Imprinting:

• Standard silkscreen imprint colors: Black, White, Red, Maroon, Green, Royal Blue, Light Blue, Gold, Silver. Other colors may be available.
• Silkscreen imprint colors with foil wraps: Black, White, Gold, Matte Silver. Other colors may be available.
• Foil imprint colors: Gold, Silver. Other colors may be available.
• Multi-color imprinting: Large orders only.
• PMS color matching: Add $15.00 per color. Absolute duplication cannot be guaranteed.

Production Time:

• Standard production time is 5-10 working days from the date artwork is approved. This time may vary depending on the pen model. Allow an additional 1-6 days for UPS ground shipping. Actual shipping time depends on the ship-to destination.
• Rush orders are available for quantities under 10,000. Any order with a requested shipping date of less than 5 days will be considered a rush order. Please add 25% of net price for pens. Set-up and run charges are not subject to premium.

Proofing:

• By email. One proof is included at no cost. Each revision will be billed at $26 per hour (half-hour minimum).

Quantities:

• Minimum quantity: 500 pens per imprint.
• Overruns and underruns: We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under quantities ordered.

Shipping & Packaging:

• Shipping time: Allow 1-6 days for UPS ground shipping. Actual shipping time depends on the ship-to destination. All shipments are FOB, East Coast, various points.
• Rush shipping Available upon request at an additional price.
• Standard packaging: Bulk. 1,000 pens per box
• Special packaging: Available in zip lock bags of 25(+$.03/pen), 50 (+$.02/pen), 100 (+$.01/pen) and 144 (+$.01/pen); boxes of 12 (+$.04/pen) or 500 (n/c).
